been supporting the Blades through thick and (mainly) thin for 35 to 40 years.
Funny story (well I think so) - last season I got a season ticket for the first time since Peter Beagrie was a (kind of) hero on the kop. Went to buy season ticket from the ticket office in person and the young lad sat in front of his PC asked me, as no doubt prompted on screen, if I'd had a season ticket before... I said YES, he asked when..... 1986..... Oh right....
Anyway, looking forward to contributing my cynical views to the forum and getting away from the absolute hateful bile and puerile comments posted in the stories in The Star online.
I definitely am turning into that old bloke who you can hear in the stand every week that shouts 'bloody rubbish' every time one of the players fails to pass the ball 5 yards to a team mate (I mean, I can do that!).
