so the man utd goal was laid on a plate was it
It was. By Robinson 😂😂😂😂. It’s a nightmare for the critics; either McB finished a difficult chance with aplomb or Robo put a sublime ball in that laid it on a plate for him. Either way, one has to compliment one of the scapegoats.

7 in 19 in that Brighton team is a decent return. Think he will end around the 15 mark. Mcb has started 9 less games than him and has 4. Think with the 9 extra starts you could maybe add another 2-3 to Mcburnine tally. Obvs not guranteed, but don't get the Oli hate at all !

Moose nowhere near as good as Maupay, like Bambi on ice at times and can't head a ball to save his life. If he can sort the link between his feet and his brain he might be in the same class as Maupay.

Fair enough if you rate Maupay more than you do Mousset but to say he is 'no where near as good' is a bit hyperbolic IMO.

3 of Moose's goals are a class apart from anything Maupay has done this season. Versus Everton, Sham, and Manure. All were absolutely sublime in terms of technique and placement.
Depends how you see it, the one he put in the side netting at Man CIty, the one on one he fluffed against West Ham or the supposed offside header he made a mess of at Arsenal. IMHO if Maupey had a supply line as good as ours he would be up there amongst the leagues leading scorers. Wish Moose all the best but at the moment the jury is still out for me.

His form has dropped off, admittedly. But he also had a beautifully poised finish chalked off against City by VAR - correctly according to the rules of course - but in any other season, that one is added to his tally.

Personally, I don't see much between the 2 players. Both are strong, skillful and can finish. Mousse wins on pace, where as Maupay probably already has a yard or 2 in his head, to coin an old cliche.
