What's the latest position ?
The High Ct judge has refused leave to appeal.
So if Kev still won't give up , presumably he has to go to the Ct of Appeal , to get leave to appeal.
What's his deadline , if any , in starting proceedings in the Ct of Appeal ?
And if he does start , presumably the whole thing could take years.
So , in the meantime , does the Prince get to buy his shares as per the High Ct order ? And thus exercise full control ?
And does Kevin keep the ground etc , meaning the Club just has to pay the cheap rent and doesn't have to raise the capital to buy the properties ?
Addison , any thoughts ?
Or do we just forget about it now that it's been kicked into the long grass ?

One thing I never get with our fans. If you're going to blame McCabe for his managerial appointments, you have to at least credit him with Wilder. To do so isn't very fair on the man.

He gets 50% of the credit with the other 50% going to the Prince

As for the drop down to L1, well... that's 100% on McCabe's watch.
