Another player that had a 10 game purple patch ,he's been shocking this season ,5 k aweek champ player that's his level
That's the funny thing, he wasn't even a Champ player for us! Not even a league 1 player..

Lundstram is the fall guy. I think its like in Oliver Twist - the team all wanted more wages and they drew lots. Lundstram lost and was the one who had to ask for more.
That's why the team all still back him and Wilder was still playing him.

If someone wants to pay him 40k a week good luck to them, they'll need it.
Wow....can’t believe that many of our fans can’t see the elephant in the room.

The massive factor that changes everything is he‘s available on a FREE.
So £40K a week for 3 years would cost a mere £6 million.

Thats the same as buying a decent player from league 1 for £3million and giving him £20K per week.

These figures are chicken feed for a PL club.....in fact his agent could argue he’s worth nearer £60K a week.
Lundstram has already proven (for 3 months last year) that he can perform to a good level in the PL.
At £40K a week he’ll attract plenty of interest for PL clubs willing to take a punt on a low risk player.

I think the sticking point might be length of contract...not the weekly pay.

Genuine question, who do people think has been the most effective player in the RCM position since we went to a flat 3 at the start of the 19/20 season - Lundstram or Berge?

They've both played different positions granted and Lundstram has started 19 more games in the Prem than Berge, but just on that RCM position who has been more effective?

His agent could argue he's worth 80k a week, until he's blue in the face. He'd be wrong but still... He could argue.
