Leicester striker not currently getting a look in, contract is up next year, went on loan to Monaco last season and in good form, scored 9 in 18 matches, he's 32 years old so not getting any younger but i wonder if we could buy him, his price is around £5m which seems pretty decent fee for such an established player. The only stumbling block could be wages, but on a short-term 2 year deal with clauses, could we manage it? IMO a great short-term option to solve the striker issue
 

Apparently about to sign for Rennes. Or at least a fee has been accepted (reported to be about £8 million!)
 
Good shout! was really good in the cup game at the lane a few seasons ago. But I fear he could be on the slide and we as a team are much better now.
 
Isn't guirasy a player recommendation on.this board ?

its a long time but he’s the kind of player which shouldnt age too badly, doesnt rely too much on pace and also its no mean feat to score in half of your games in Ligue One this year, must be a reason Marseille and Lisbon were sniffing but interest seems to have cooled

didn’t realise as well but he was involved directly in 16 goals (scoring or assist) in his 19 in appearances for Monaco, really decent stats those

He is Muslim as well so should be attractive to develop our global fanbase
 
Good striker, but didn't seem to settle in premier league and probably on a very big wage.

Age not ideal, but on the right financial deal he'd still be a fairly exciting signing for a season or two of football. Certainly potential to be a 15-20 goal striker in our team.

Presumably we're looking at younger targets though. Especially if having to make him our highest paid player.
