After your chat, was it to ifollow or SUTV?, do you think the commentary start up was for everyone or just for you? I ask because I have had trouble this season, where as previously I have had none. I too am on the verge of cancelling but will talk to them first, believing if all such as we complain the malfunctions will be rectified. If not it's cancel.
