watched the u23s yesterday and this lad looked the best player on the pitch, scored with a real belter and had several other good shots , captain of burnley u23s , looked as if he could do a job , on yesterdays show much better than lunny, a WBA scout sat on the row behind me told someone he was watching him, so does anyone know anything about the player

I've definitely heard people on here who know more than me mention him before

According to an ex-coach at Burnley, he's been earmarked as a potential first-teamer for a while now.

I can't see how anything other than a megabucks offer would prise him away permanently although a loan may be a more realistic option. That said, making the jump from U23s to the Champ is a huge step especially when he'd be expected to make an instant impact.

Played in a European game for Burnley earlier in the season, saw it on TV. He played on the left wing and did not look out of place.
Looked as though he could play in any attacking midfield role.
