Sorry about the presentation, I tried a list and a table but failed.

'Aerial Battles Won' and 'Headers Clear' are different and McB's stats inflated with his upfield ABW's. Same with any forward. Plenty of 'Headers Clear' for him though.

Interesting stats that seem to show different techniques of Bash and O'Connell in the tackle and in the air.

The Back 3 have defended manfully of course and so have the Flat 3 and wing backs; again interesting differences in Stevens' and Baldock's stats.

Some players tackle when they can win the ball, others more speculative perhaps.

L.Freeman is busy when he plays.

Source of stats: Premier League.

Purpose: International Break Filler.

Henderson as compared to other P.L. Keeper stas.

Saves: 8th with 23 ( Leno 34)
Punches: 5th with 3 ( Guaita 7)
High Claims: 9th with 4 ( Leno 7)
Sweeper Clearances: Not in Top 14, the lowest of who had 1, so Zero (Pope 7).

Seems like Leno is used to being busy!! See you soon, watch you don't get injured in the International Break Herr Leno!!

Strikes me that we have the 3rd most crosses and the 4th most corners. McBurnie wins an amazing number of headers to clear the ball in defensive situations. He also wins loads of aerial duels around the pitch ( stats in O.P.). He scored one great goal from a cross and showed at Swansea he knows how to glide the ball into the net with skillful headers. We also have Egan and O'Connell competing for corner crosses

We need to join the dots when attacking. What can we improve?

All I've gleaned from that is that I've got the same lottery numbers as John Egan. (International break answer).

The most telling stat there is that Billy Sharp averages more than a goal a game. None of our other forwards come anywhere close.

No prizes for guessing who'll be sat on the bench against Arsenal though.

We really miss McGoldrick as the link between lines, Robinson hasn't really been able to replicate everything he does

We miss Duffy in his old role too if the sole issue is creativity and goals.

McGoldrick sometimes briefly played the Duffy role last season but this season he has been the one who dropped deep thus leaving McBurnie even more isolated.

McGoldrick has missed more big chances (6) than any other P.L. player this season. Personally I'd say that's not a weakness as I've not seen many other big chances go begging when he hasn't played. Notably Clarke has been counted as 1 big miss.

No matter who you are, who you support, no matter what your opinion is you cannot pick a hole in this achievement. Only Bayern Munich have conceded less goals in 2020 across Europes top leagues and they never had to play Man City twice and Liverpool away.

Exactly but to some in S6 this was just luck.
