Hey mate, I know where you're coming from. I was fearing the worst after tonight but a decent walk with the dogs, a good old moan to me Blades mate en route, and a whacking great piece of apple pie and custard when I got back and the world's a better place again.
Thank God for apple pie, that's all I can say
