Incoming? Callum Chambers

He started today against Barcelona. He was actually made captain in a previous warm up game, so seems to be back in the fold at Arsenal currently.

He'd be an excellent signing but it looks like Arsenal need him this year as Koscielny is causing problems. He's been quoted a lot as saying he wants to take the chance this year to force himself into the first team. I think Reece James is similar at Chelsea, they're unlikely to let him out. Right targets, wrong time.

Think it says more that they spent £72m on Pepe given the fact they already have a potent strike force (they needed width but surely defence was more needing of recruitment for them).
