When he was announced as being in the team I was surprised. He was one of those that I'd have loved us to sign 10 years ago as a Championship club but thought he was long gone now. I suppose it would be like Leon Clarke starting for us in the PL.

we were a moment away from Wilder pulling out his water pistol and hosing Surman down with it. (Harry Corbett is long gone his son Matthew took over but I think he's been retired over 10 years now and they sold up so it's not in the family any more).
