On the whole, I’m happy with that. People talk about the league being split into 4; the top 6, the likes of Leicester & Everton, those that are “too good” to go down and the relegation candidates. 9 times out of 10 we get a point from that, you can’t complain losing a tight game to what could be the goal of the season

Sloppy defending cost us today. Too many players below par yet surprisingly we were always in the game.

Worth a draw, but to many unforced errors giving the ball away today, especially first half.

Wilder's assessment of the game was spot on. The players as always gave fantastic effort but we'll need concentration and guile this season. I thought Leicester looked very strong in central defence. Four times out of five we'd have come out of that game with a point.
