The present ratings for Lafferty (played well), Coutts (significant injury after 5 mins) and Done (anonymous nonentity) are risible. Prejudice beats observation every time in S2.
I will take a win over a good performance every time but.....we took the easy option too many times with nobody prepared to take his man on and lots of pointless square passes. Looked more threatening with Lavery on. CCFC fans - what few they have - got what they deserved.
Certainly not the best performance from our team. That's not a bad thing as many of our promotion competitors will not have learned much about how we play normally. My MOTM goes to Chris Wilder for what he must have said to them when they left the pitch during the pitch invasion. They came back out fighting to get the winner
