Durso? oh dear! i smell trouble!

how many we sold now?

Depends, I believe they sometimes give the pigs part of the condemned area ;)

Duke (our resident Barnsley expert) might be along later to let us know :)

First of all let me welcome our South Yorkshire friends to Oakwell:)

Away End (North Stand) capacity 6,000 but sometimes the first couple of rows have police tape on them but they could opt not do that tommorow. There is a strong chance you could be given the second half (right hand side) of the West Stand (codename shed end:)) Ususally we only put fowls in there but if demand needs it we can use it.

Hope this helps, enjoy the match tommorow but hopefully not too much in terms of result;)

In terms of a drink there are only a few possibilities really with it being a derby, as mentioned there is the Metrodome Leisure Complex which is situated next to Oakwell where all away fans can go, it may not be to everyone taste but its an option. Sheffield Road might be an option so you have Manx and various other pubs.

it difficult really to say the Police will have a big say on your options and they will usually escort you to thier designated away pub:)

No tickets available this morning - pah! Typical.

Oh well

Blades: Kenny; Naughton, Ehiogu, Morgan, Sun; Spring, Speed, Quinn; Webber, Beattie, Stokes.
Subs: Halford, Cotterill, Kilgallon, Montgomery, Sharp.

Great win.

Deserved the 3 points I think despite the sending off.

Another good game for Beats! :)

What happened with the sending off?

It's not like Ugo to go around headbutting folk. Both managers on radio been quite coy about it, both been quite defensive towards their players. Just all seems a little odd - nothing been said anywhere about it.

From what i could see Ugo deserved to go. Not sure what their player did though....

Has to be Spring.

Never stopped running again and is extremely confident on the ball.

The sending off came about from what happened a few minutes earlier. Someone, I think it was Da Silva, went in on Ugo is a 50/50 ball which Ugo reacted to but didn't go any further than squaring upto him. Then a few minutes later we had a free kick on the half way line, Ugo went forward and there was some pushing between him and Da Silva and then Ugo planted one on him. I didn't think their player should have been sent off, but he's a dingle so I won't complain :)

I totally agree, from what i saw, it was mostly ugo's fault, no need to headbutt anderson and jeopardise our chances in the game, thought we were lucky to be playin 10 v 10 tbh

can't complain though:D

Spring for my MOM, two games running as well, very good player IMO

Also thought webber showed geat promise, if he gets a goal soon then i can still see him reaching double figures for the season.

Only downside i thougt today (other than sending off) was Sun Jihai, it wasn't the great performance i expected and Devaney constantly got the better of him for the majority of the game. Still a quality player though and expect him to be back to his best for our next game.

Yeah... he had a fairly poor game for his usual standards. Devaney was trying to lure him into giving away free kicks or getting booked/sent off by sending the ball round him and leaving the only option as a tackle from behind.

I'd say the sending off was six of one and half a dozen of the other.

The 50/50 ball preceding it that Mouse mentions saw Ugo being caught with a late foot left in which riled him... not sure everyone saw that.

As for the penalty. Cheers Kozzy. How Davey can go on RS and say it wasn't a penalty is beyond me. He caught the bloody ball.

All of this of course, is said without the luxury of video replays... seeing as the Championship is getting later and later on ITV

I really don't know how they spared the 60 seconds... :nono:
