For many long lost mums today RIP

Many years ago on a very cold Tuesday next night, I was at the lane stood on the kop.
Watching the blades v Blackburn, FA cup quater final.
Went to extra time an pens, we won.
I got home and mum was sat in her chair, she had been listening to the live commentary from Rad Sheff. First thing she said was "yes", when I walked in, next thing she said,
"Well you had better get to the Dev, when you get back I'll have a hot chocolate",
"Yes mum, I won't be long,....."
Mum was still up and listening to praise and grumble on the radio.
So appropriate we beat Blackburn again esp on mother's Day, she would have so enjoyed it.

My Mum loved it at BDTBL and she would have loved it today, my first mothers day without her. Glad the Blades brought some cheer.
