FA Cup bookings / suspensions

Somebody shared a table showing how 2 x FA Cup bookings means a suspension, as happened to Jebbo, but I can’t find it now. Can anybody re-produce or summarise it for me please, as I’m wondering who might be suspended for the Spurs game but also why Jebbo’s red card applies to the league, if yellow card suspensions only apply to cup games?

I can maybe partially answer. I think the red carries over because it's classed as violent conduct. Not 100% sure though.
