Never happen btl. Fate in football will never work like that . ( especially for us ) . Also we are not the finished article , and we don't know the meaning of a settled side , and struggle against , so called lower opposition. Its the play offs or failure big style.

Ha. We'll not get much further, given what was on show for 95 minutes on Saturday against a side there for the taking.

Clough's strategy and use of players is 'generally' sound - it's just what we have to get the ball in the net, or to the players that get the ball in the net that doesn't fit well.

My own feeling on it is that we've dropped too many daft points over the season and thanks to no dominant centre half at the club will drop a few more before the end of the season.

play offs look most likely , but if we can claw a point a week fpr next 8 weeks who knows as theres 6 a week to play for 2 wins against a in and a draw in a fortnight we are 2 points nearer , just have to keep at it till its gone

2 points missed out on Saturday vs Crawley. Perfect time to take all 3 with other results being ideal for us other than PNE. We could've won that, seem to make finding the back of the net harder than it needs to be
