Preferred starting players and formation v Oxford

I wondered what everybodies preferred formations and players would be going into the game vs Oxford.
Mine would be - Formation 4-2-3-1
Moore
Freeman O'Connell Wright Hussey
Fleck Basham
Duffy Coutts Chapman
Sharp

This is of course barring any further additions of whom which would probably go straight into the team

Didn't think there was a time frame officialy said for Fleck, sounded like a precautionary, think he might be back this week if it was only precautionary
