Article in today's Telegraph about Tottenham and their youth policy under Pochettino. Emphasising that youth should be given its chance, that youth had a belief and listened to advice whilst the older players didn't follow his ideas and thought they knew better.

Giving the chance to Mason, Alli, and Josh someone rather than the big timers. Letting them learn by playing and supporting them, coaching them and believing in them.

We could do far worse ourselves, back our young lads, give them some trust and let them grow.

The big big difference is that Tottenham's Academy are in Category 1 and under the EPPP they have more power to nick the best Academy players from other clubs who are not in Category 1
