Anyone else agree that we should play as many kids as we can (u18/u21s), for various reasons. One they'll want it and will be hungry and two we have enough on our plate with the league, so going out Tuesday wouldn't be the end of the world.

Trouble is, we have to play at least 6 from yesterday's squad I think as per rules. Basham suspended, Long will start so we're pretty limited if Edgar and Flynn are injured.

If you want out jl94 play the team that lost at Vale.

The JPT was a useful competition when you could make unlimited changes and after the scrapping of the reserve league the best opportunity to get squad players match time and blood younger players.

It's now just a pain in the arse

JPT didn't do Bristol City any harm last season, can't believe people whinge about us losing yesterday then actively want us to lose against Notts County. Getting knocked out of the cups last season didn't exactly improve our league form after it and we've been shit since going out of the League Cup this year. We should play to win every game whatever the competition is.
