Adds loads of spice to today and McCall is a Hero to both clubs. A true football man whose passion for the game is second to none. The seasons he spent with us were very special and the influence on the rest of the squad of that era were clear to see - What a Guy.

Background exactly how some of us saw it. Weir was appointed on a 5 year plan with big budget cuts. Many fans didn't take that on board and judged him on the " here and now" as McCall calls it. Then "lo and behold" we got a new owner and two new managers have wasted much of the new money. Even Wilder is working to a tighter budget than Clough and Adkns had.
