• big club, superb fan base, ultimately be back in PL but it will take time
• if we get the structure right behind the scenes that will happen

So are we going to sign Hammond and a couple of season long loans of youngsters from the Prem and that's it?

A couple of years back McCabe said we were no longer going down the loan route as it has been tried and doesn't work.

Why don't we just go and get the best players at this level?
