I know he has had some big failures in his managerial career but he also has had two promotions in four seasons from this division with Peterborough with a smaller budget. His teams also score lots of goals and strikers are consistently prolific in his teams. I think che Adams and maybe even Diego could flourish under him such as strikers like Dwight gayle and makail smith. I wouldn't mind conceding lots of goals if there wer lots of goals being scored at the other end .
