Not sure about Phase three, but I've got an inkling, after what I saw tonight, that Phase five, is 'Everyone under the South Stand for a brew'

Trouble is most of them don't until the one next to them does.

It's all very confusing for them.

Phase 4 means increase vigilance but don't look confused
Phase 3 means the fans are getting restless try to keep an eye out for brewing trouble
Phase 2 means we are 300 stewards and police and there are 19,000, some drunk and all pissy about to invade the pitch and we should try to stop them
Phase 1 means fuck it I ain't being paid enough to try and stop half a dozen drunk and violent Neanderthals I quit.
