Any players linked to us at the minute that are strikers are highly unlikely to be an actual target imho. Adkins is fairly clear where we need strengthening – up front ain't one of them, and I doubt we'd waste a loan in the squad for an at-best 4th striker.

Exceeding it, the owner's putting money in with the objective of getting to the Championship.

Not Bournemouth level investment but significant.

Played 4 of the top 8 and beaten them all (3 away from home). Only lost one game (bizarrely 3-4 to Fleetwood).

I would say they are looking like favourites at the moment although they may not have much squad depth.
